Please keep in mind that we are currently booking out 6 weeks in advance. That means there are patients who are requesting appointment times that are on a waiting list. Our most popular time slots are from 9am - 10am and from 3pm - 6pm.

We ask that you please give us at least 48 hours notice whenever you need to reschedule so that we can give enough time for someone else to take your slot.

  1. Please TEXT 703-391-8800 or EMAIL smile@orthodonticprecision.com if you need to reschedule an appointment so that we can keep track of these requests easier rather than making a phone call.
  2. Please go to our website www.orthodonticprecision.com and click on REQUEST APPOINTMENT to see ahead of time the available slots we have open to reduce the time looking for an appointment.
  3. Our policy still remains the same – if you need to come in for an emergency visit due to a wire poke, loose bracket, or lost retainer, we will do our best to bring you in within 48 hours.
  4. Please understand that if you need to reschedule, you may potentially have to wait up to 4 weeks for your next appointment if you want the same time slot. We generally have more open slots between 10am – 3pm if you don’t want to wait as long for your rescheduled appointment.
